Arizona Public School Tax Credit Information

Under Arizona law (ARS 43-1089.01), you can receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit for supporting our extracurricular programs. When you contribute, you reduce your state tax bill by the exact amount of your gift—up to $400 for married couples filing jointly or $200 for single filers. It’s a simple way to keep your tax dollars local and directly benefit our students. A donation is NON-REFUNDABLE. The credit cannot exceed your tax liability, but can be carried forward for up to five consecutive years.
